NOTE: All players and coaches on teams in the tournament were tested for COVID-19 every other day upon arrival at the tournament venue. Just prior to the tournament's start, the Alaska entrant in the Northwest Region tournament reported a positive COVID test among its players and/or coaching staff. Following consultation with medical officials and in keeping with practices established for this year's international tournament, Alaska was removed from the tournament. Games that Alaska was scheduled to play were declared forfeits in favor of the opposing teams.
