NOTE: Following the tournament's second day of play, the Arizona team competing in the West Region tournament reported a positive COVID tests among their players and/or coaching staff. Following consultation with medical officials and in keeping with practices established for this year's international tournament, Arizona was removed from the tournament. The game this team was scheduled to play against Utah in the elimination bracket quarterfinal was declared a forfeit in favor of Utah.
