Summary:

West University took advantage of four Spring errors in rallying to win the title game. Spring had taken a 3-2 lead on Judd Hurley's solo home run in the bottom of the fifth inning, but West University rallied in the sixth. After a single and a catcher's interference call put runners on first and second with no one out, James Cadlick hit a sharp grounder that went through the second baseman's legs and past the right fielder. Both the tying and lead runs scored on the two errors. A third error later in the inning extended the lead to 5-3. In the bottom of the sixth, West University relief pitcher Alex Jackson came in and faced two batters, inducing a double play grounder and a strikeout to preserve the win.
