Note - The Canadian Region and Ontario provincial tournaments are cancelled for 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. British Columbia leagues end play at the provincial tournament level. Australian and Japanese tournament winners will not progress beyond national competition.

NOTE: Following the tournament's first day of play, the Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas East teams competing in the Southwestern Region tournament reported positive COVID tests among their players and/or coaching staffs. Following consultation with medical officials and in keeping with practices established for this year's international tournament, these teams were removed from the tournament. Five games these teams were scheduled to play were declared forfeits in favor of the opposing teams, and the tournament's remaining schedule was adjusted given the reduced number of teams.
