All-Hokkaido Tournament

Format: six-game series between the tournament's two participants. The team with the best record at the conclusion of the series advances to the Japanese Region tournament.

All-Tohoku Tournament

Format: This is a multi-stage tournament. In the first stage, leagues compete in area tournaments that determine which teams qualify for the All-Tohoku tournament. Five teams from the Miyagi/Yamagata block, four teams from the Fukushima block, two teams from the Iwate block, and one teams from the Aomori/Akita block advance to the All-Tohoku finals.

Tournament Results:

We have not received individual game results from the Aomori/Akita block qualifying tournament. Hachinohe advances to the All-Tohoku finals as the Aomori/Akita block champions.

(Iwate Block participants: Kitakami, Mizusawa, Morioka Higashi, Morioka Minami, and Morioka Nishi)

The fifth- and sixth-place teams then meet to determine the fifth Miyagi/Yamagata Block qualifier for the All-Tohoku tournament.

All-Kitakanto Tournament

Format: This is a two-stage tournament. The first stage is a double-elimination tournament, with the last two undefeated teams and two elimination bracket finalists advancing to the district finals.

In the second stage, the four district finalists play a round-robin schedule that determines the Kitakanto champion.

Format: The All Tokyo tournament uses a modified double-elimination format, with the winner's bracket and elimination bracket champions meet in a winner-take-all game that determines the All-Tokyo champion. The All-Tokyo champion advances to the Japanese Region tournament.

All-Shinetsu Tournament

Format: This is a two-stage tournament. In the first stage, leagues compete in round-robin area tournaments that determine the sixteen qualifiers for the All-Shinetsu tournament. Top finishing teams from the Kitahashi Block tournament, Matsumoto Block tournament, and Niigata Block tournament advance to the All-Shinetsu finals.

In the second stage, participants compete in a single-elimination tournament that determines the Shinetsu champion. Qualifiers are seeded into specific bracket positions for the All-Shinetsu tournament based on their finish in Block tournament play. The bracket is arranged so that teams finishing higher in Block tournament competition do not meet until later rounds. Both the Shinetsu champion and the runner-up advance to the Japanese Region tournament.
