Format: This is a single-elimination tournament until the tournament reaches the semifinal round. These four teams play a single-elimination schedule that determines the Kansai champion, and the three remaining semifinalists then play a single-elimination playoff that determines Kansai's second qualifier for the Japanese Region tournament.

Format: This is a two-stage tournament. The first stage is a double-elimination tournament, with two undefeated teams and two once-beaten teams advancing to the semifinal round.
In the second stage, the four semifinalists play a single-elimination schedule that determines the Shikoku champion.
