Format: Single-elimination tournament, with the top two finishers advancing to the Japanese Region tournament.

All-Tokyo Tournament

Format: The All Tokyo tournament uses a double-elimination format, with the winner's bracket and elimination bracket champions advancing to the Japanese Region tournament.

NOTE: Tokyo Nakano withdrew just prior to the start of the tournament. The bracket was not redrawn, and teams scheduled to face Tokyo Nakano advanced to the next round of their respective brackets.

Format: Seventeen team, double-elimination tournament, with both the winner's bracket champion and elimination bracket champion advancing to the Japanese Region tournament. The two teams do not meet in a championship game.

All-Kansai Tournament

Format: Pool play tournament, with leagues divided into three pools for round-robin competition. The winner of each pool and the runner-up with the best runs per game ratio advance to the All-Kansai finals, and the top two finishers in the All-Kansai finals both advance to the Japanese Region tournament.

Tournament Results:

Format: round-robin tournament, with the first place team at the conclusion of round robin competition advancing to the Japanese Region tournament. Tiebreaking games will be held if there is a tie for first place at the conclusion of round-robin play.
