Japanese Region Tournament
NOTE: Just prior to the start of the Japanese Region tournament, Tokyo runner-up Musashi Fuchi Little League and Higashikanto champion Ryugasaki Little League elected to withdraw from the competition as a measure of precaution due to positive COVID tests among their players and/or coaching staff. The draw was not changed, and first round opponents of these two teams were given byes into the quarterfinal round as the field was reduced from 15 to 13 teams.

All-Shinetsu Tournament
Format: This is a two-stage tournament. Following preliminary round competition in the first stage, eight teams advance to the All-Shinetsu finals. Top finishing teams from the Kitahashi Block tournament and Matsumoto Block tournament, along with the league from Niigata, advance to the All-Shinetsu finals. In some cases, higher-finishing teams elect not to participate in the All-Shinetsu finals, and are replaced by lower-finishing teams.
In the second stage, participants compete in a single-elimination tournament that determines the Shinetsu champion.

The All-Shinetsu tournament is an eight team, single-elimination tournament. The winner advances to the Japanese Region tournament.

Championship Game Host - Okazaki
Format: Seventeen team, double-elimination tournament, with both the winner's bracket champion and elimination bracket champion advancing to the Japanese Region tournament. The two teams do not meet in a championship game.
